一星期四日6.8km nonstop running. 油塘 —>海濱—>油塘大前提我過去都係跑下停下,唔係一黎就唔停咁跑,不過都有少少阻滯,尾段最辛苦。第一日試nonstop 尾到最後橫膈膜痛煞停,第二日跑番慢d 終於都冇再痛,第三第四日完全冇問題,腳既肌肉都唔會好快冇力,我諗最難係下星期會唔會keep到,至少我今個星期做到係值得記錄下🤓#睇你有幾想做運動#贏自己 Tags: 1 comments 25 likes 0 shares Share this: unknown About author not provided View all posts
